Located in the hills of La Croix Valmer, this contemporary villa offers its guests lovely views the Mediterranean Sea. The closest beach sits only a kilometer from the villa. The quiet, private location hosts a main villa and three independent apartments.

The main house extends across three levels. The open plan living spaces on the ground floor include a spacious living area, a chef’s kitchen, and an indoor dining table seating ten guests. The living areas open to the covered pool terrace. Downstairs, communal living areas include a media room and the laundry room. There are also two bedrooms on the lower level, sharing a bathroom. One of these bedrooms opens to a large patio.

Upstairs in the main house, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, a fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The two guest bedrooms each host a queen sized bed and boast en-suite bathrooms; each with a shower and bathtub and a shared w/c in the corridor.

The three independent apartments all have private entrances, a private terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen. Two of the apartments offer two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and en-suite shower bathrooms. The third apartment hosts one queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
